And there is very beautiful Mountain View in the west whilst Elliott house doesn’t

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice and professional office staff, great pool and terrace, I've needed several repairs done and they've been completed within 48 hrs of notice. Free coffee every morning as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's an awesome place, so quite, it has a pool and a sauna to relax yourself. It's near to Centertown (2 km), you have garage and parking. Cons: I have only on cons, the air conditioner is quite old, particularly in summer, nonetheless, the heating is nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moving after 4 years(just needed to get out of dt), I can say the office of 160 was always very helpful and accommodating. They always took my concerns seriously and were always flexible when I needed it the most.

Competently(although they can make you wait a long time sometimes) and professionally managed(pests, management, repairs, cleaning and maintenance staff onsite, abundance of laundry machines available, 24/7 security staff, secure underground heated parking(although expensive).
The Bad:
Noisy, expensive and questionable cleanliness (laundry machines are disgusting and broken often). The place also has people moving in and out constantly somehow.
Also rude staff(maintenance and security guards) who flaunt the COVID rules(people chatting in the security office maskless in the middle of the pandemic).
They also allow smoking in some units. I'm guessing couple units per floor. So when this happens, it contaminates the entire floor from secondhand cigarette or pot smoke(because of the shared ventilation system).
***Updated my review to a 4/5. This place has gone downhill by the time I left and Mikala left(she was the best). But this place is honestly probably one of the best apartments I have ever rented over the past 10 years. Stayed 3 years in there. There were some things I didn't enjoy(like smoking and a bit busy) but compared to the other places I have been in, 0 comparison overall.
