★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BED BUG WARNING: After moving in, I discovered the building had bed bugs. Har-par was less than helpful in resolving this problem as I have been displaced from my apartment for 47 days now - while paying rent. My neighbour confirmed that they have been living with bed bugs since last June. Before moving in I specifically asked if they had bed bugs in the past and the answer I was given was 'no', although I found that to be untrue. This company has been extremely unreasonable to deal with. Would not recommend. Even though there are still bugs in my apartment, they are showing it to new potential renters. I wish I could warn them.
