β β β β β We have lived here for six years and are quite pleased. Harmony at HK is in a nice residential neighborhood, with easy access to shops and services. Our unit overlooks a park and scenic pond. I like that it is a lone single apartment building and not in one of those complexes where multiple apartment buildings are clumped together. It is a well-cared- for newer building with all the amenities you would expect, plus the sound insulation between units is excellent. The current site manager Wayne is outstanding. He responds to tennant concerns quickly and effectively, and cares for the place as if he were the owner himself.

β β β β β Can't smoke or vape at the apartment but it is ok to walk through animal sewage entering the apartment as they allow pets.

β β β β β Hmm doesn't seem that good a deal. I live in a new one bed condo, $1100 a month, includes heated underground parking, in suite laundry and ALL utilities so my only expense on top of that rent is my internet as I stream my entertainment rather than have cable.
I'm 56. Just looking at what is out there for If I decide to try over 55.

β β β β β Had David Smith as an apartment manager for 1.5 years and I have never had a better apartment manager!! He really cares about the building as well as the tenants in it and you can really tell. David exceptionally exceeded any and all standards we had moving in and was always a friendly face to see as well.

β β β β β Wow!is all we can say! After downsizing the transition was so effortless! Wayne the manager of the property went above and beyond to make our move so smooth! Always a friendly smile and you can tell the extra touch that is put into the property

β β β β β I booked an appointment to view one of the apartment, just to go there and no one showed up and the office was closed. I called the man to see if he was just running late but no one answered the phone so I left a voicemail, after I waited for 20 minutes I just left. I waited until the next day to see if they were gonna call me back after the voicemail I left but no one bothered to call back. I was a waste of time I will definitely not recommend this place at all.
