She takes her time to understand where I’m coming from and also gets things done in a timely manner. The nurses at the lab are amazing and I didn’t feel any pain, we also had a good laugh which made the experience so much better. Thank you Maria and Carina (hopefully I got your names right) for making this an enjoyable moment for an anxious person hahaha
M	Melissa Major on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every time I book an appointment, it's cancelled or moved and when it clinic has cancelled directly with me they have not followed up to rebook. I'm a PhD student and they always move my appointments to during class time, or when I'm with my own clients. Getting medical help from my own family doctor feels insurmountable and exasperating. I've tried to express this to the clinic by calling multiple times but nobody picks up and there's no message machine. I feel incredibly frustrated by this system. I've had heart palpitations, heart racing, and chest pains for months and haven't been able to be seen by my own family doctor, I had to see a different doctor for a cardiologist referral. A lot of my appointments have been marked as 'no show', but the appointments were moved to times I couldn't make and within such a short notice that I didn't have the time or headspace to rebook.
B	Bob Le on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I highly recommend NOT getting a family doctor from this clinic - using a walk-in Doctor is far better! It is incredibly evident that this is a business, not a practice - as the Doctors barely speak with you, are rushed and don't have an understanding as to your overall health (or even your name). I have to actively advocate for myself and bring my own recommendations for referrals. I am not one to post a poor review, however, I want to ensure that others like me do not feel let down, frustrated and unsupported when trying to navigate their health and the health system.

Generally, no one is able to find my veins easily to draw blood sample but you found at one shot, and ensured that I am feeling comfortable, and patiently answering all my questions. Really appreciate it. Receptionist was helpful too.

Doctor Kriger was very knowledgeable and patient when explaining everything I needed to know. Would recommend and will be returning.

I was nervous for my appointment and got there early when a staff member let me in and allowed me to sit inside before the clinic opened. Dr. Christine Hwang is very kind and made my experience unforgettable. The staff members go above and beyond to create a comfortable environment, thank you Jackie and Maria for being so attentive. I highly recommend !!!

The doctors are knowledgeable and care about their patients. On multiple times the staff has gone out of their way to help me staying late or just explaining things repeatedly. I recommend them highly.

Beside the clinic is there a drugstore. OHIP cover all prices of admission. They accept new patients. I am happy to stay with their services.
