They do their best to stay on time with appointments but it helps when the other patients are on time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly, one of the best and most clean clinics I've been. Very hip with multi other functions. The receptionist/nurses are very busy, but trust me, you will be attended and the Dr's are very warm and considerate. I will be returning for future ailments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The clinic is really nice and new, the atmosphere was nice, the reception was nice, but my experience with the doctor was terrible… literally waited 30min to see the doctor and she didn’t even come close to me to look at my skin (she literally looked at my skin from 3 meters away in her seat) and said it was fine. I came to see a doctor telling them a cream I was prescribed might be making my skin worst and I wanted to see if there would be a skin test I can have or even another cream prescribed to me to be a better solution. Never will I be coming back here again… I also came here because of seeing all the good reviews.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HealthOne Toronto is an excellent choice for anyone seeking skin treatments. Nurse Rachel Pooyanmehr helped me with removing skin tags recently and she was very friendly and knowledgeable. Since I was having this procedure done on my face, I was very nervous and she put me at ease. It was an amazing experience and she gave me beautiful results. My skin is beautiful and I am so happy with my results. I would like to thank HealthOne! You exceeded my expectations.

Was not happy with my family doctor, so I switched to Dr Shivji at this clinic.
He is great, I feel confident with him. I am able to make appointments easily. The medical admins are friendly and ensure to return calls quickly

Besides, Receptionist also super friendly and cooperative. Thank you to All team but to be specific, Philmona was extra helpful through helping me to get the prescribed glasses.
