★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish there was a negative start that I could give this place. TERRIBLE experience with this clinic. Staffs are beyond rude and helpless. Dr Rachel is absolutely terrible! She's careless and only deals with one issue per call!!!!! No sympathy whatsoever! The appointment times and waiting are horrible. I got pregnant recently and noticed some symptom that could have been potentially a sign of ectopic pregnancy!! I called the clinic 1 million times and nobody picked up! I finally made my way to downtown and asked the staffs to schedule an urgent time with Dr Rachel. I've been told that she doesn't have any appointments till Jan (literally two months). I expressed its an urgent issue and being told that basically it is what it is and she only talks with me if this is an old issue and not taking any new issues for her patients till new year!!!!!!!! wth this even means? I then asked so you're basically telling me to go to a walking clinic with my urgent matter? The receptionist told me with such an attitude that this is my choice! I then asked that my file to be closed with this Dr. I then got a few days after that in order for them to close my file with Rachel, my OHIP needs to be an updated OHIP. I asked a lawyer friend and he advised me that they should close my file upon my request and having an updated OHIP (which btw is requested but not received yet) is not in accordance with any policies. THEY ARE JUST THE WORST!!!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only thing this place has going for it is that it has pleasing aesthetics. All I needed was a referral from my doctor for an ultrasound, and this clinic has failed in every step of the process. They never sent me the requisition. I wound up calling them many times to try and get the requisition, but they never seem to answer their phone. I was finally able to book my ultrasound, but the day of the appointment, somebody (I don't know if it was the doctor or assistants) checked off the wrong box, which meant that I was given the incorrect procedure to prepare for the ultrasound. So I wasn't able to get the procedure done, and now I have to wait another month to get the ultrasound, all thanks to 1clinic. This is a very basic request, and yet they can't seem to get anything right.
In addition to this, 3 doctors (including mine) are leaving the clinic within a span of just a few months. This place is very disorganized. Please for your own health and sanity do not go here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's 10:30am on Monday, I've called twice, no one is picking up and the voicemail box is full. They don't offer online appointment booking so I feel stuck.
I love the clinic itself, it's organized and beautiful but it's so difficult to get an appointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely horrible customer service. They do not know how to talk to people. I transferred my family doctor to HealthOne after being too disappointed. More people I know had similar experiences. Also, some of their SkinCeuticals products seemed different than the ones directly purchased online through the company. If I had enough time to deal with this would definitely sue them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst clinic I have been too. The worst experience I have ever had. The dermatologist appointment lasted no longer than 3 minutes and the “dermatologist” told me that there is no side effect for steroid injection for keloid scars, which is not true at all. I was also directed to do a free skin consultation.(AKA skin ceuticals products sales session) A sales rep approached me and used the most aggressive sales tactics to make me feel bad about my skins and the products I have been using as if she knows everything. This is not a clinic. If you are looking for professionalism, clearly this is not the place you should go to.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please do NOT go here for family doctor services or walk-in clinic services. Every doctor I've spoken to at this clinic has been rude, dismissive, impatient, and frankly, just does not seem to care about their patients. The front desk staff, while pleasant, are extremely disorganized. I have been called three times to book an appointment that was already scheduled. I was told test results were in, only to have the doctor tell me they never received the results. I honestly do not feel safe or comfortable having this clinic handle my medical needs. I have no idea how they are still operating as a medical clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been here multiple times and always had a great experience! The doctors are always lovely. I had been dreading getting a pap but Dr. Linda made me realize I had nothing to be avoiding hahaha she was gentle, quick, and painless! The nurse practitioner Lana was also so friendly and awesome :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am very happy with my experience here at 1Clinic! The staff here were very kind, professional and knowledgeable. The clinic was clean and aesthetically pleasing. This was my first time having a skin consultation and facial. My skin was really dry from the cold weather. After the facial my skin was instantly smoother and was glowing. I highly recommend this clinic and ask for Sogol for all you skin care needs!
