I don’t think Sasha works here anymore and if that’s the case then good riddance. She had extremely poor admin and people skills. Jeffrey was trying to pick up the pieces and did his absolute best. Mohammed needs to go back to school and get his license again because clearly he doesn’t know the basics of real estate. This place was a disaster to deal with. Every single interaction was stressful. Maybe thats how they are accustomed to treat the tenants since they won’t consider them as the clients. However I have to say that Tim had recently responded to one of our concerns where a salesperson visited without an appointment and I wish we dealt with him from the beginning. Just one interaction was a good example of the kind of customer service we would have received if we had dealt with him.
