There is a daycare and the driveway gets extremely busy with parents dropping on and off. Plus home deliveries. Like any other hirise clump - downdraft can be bad at times.

In case of any issue direct call to owner when can they evict no concern for COVID, no concern for the owner, no concern for the tenant. Humanity, Reasoning is the least expectation. FYI, Lifts are not working they are old so you can get stuck for 45 minute.

Ps- I’ve stayed here for a year and it’s been a horrible experience. They also tried to put false accusations of leak and tried to take a lot of money from us it’s crazy. The list goes on..
d	derek lux on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Building is pretty good. Elevators work better than most people give credit for. Never have waited longer than 6 mins. Kinda loud being near the highway but that is expected. Only complaint is the covid restrictions. Fire alarm testing was done mid day during a work day which is good as most people would be gone. MY ONE COMPLAINT: Too many amenities are restricted, and restricted in ways that dont make sense with other covid restrictions. Why is the squash court not open to individual groups? Random work out machines which can easily be socially distanced are just left unused. Just kinda sad.

A	A.J. Prasanth on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staying here for the past one month. So far so good. Amazing downtown view from my condo. Elevators are not crowded. Friendly employees. Balconies are not much helpful as it is noisy (close to highway)

In the winter many take their dogs down to the parking garage (the resident only levels) to go to the bathroom. You can't get to your car without walking through streams of urine. Also, for the past 4 months there's been false fire alarms sometimes 2-4 times a week, usually in the middle of the night.
