★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today i ordered chicken tikka masala with garlic naan; my bad luck they served after 20 mins, moreover onions were served after 30 mins. Taste was dull. Naan didn’t seemed fresh. Waste of money, went empty stomach. Though the man who served us was generous. Even the washroom was dirty. Better not to go!!

P.S it's not Biryani, idk what it is.. definitely comes with rice though, that's it. Raita tastes like a dessert.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hands down best indian dishes in Toronto!!!! Incredibly flavourful, full of spices, and always served piping hot for when you get home with takeout. Best butter chicken I have ever had... seriously... and the naan are so doughy and fluffy... it is soo good!! The staff are also so friendly and know me by name and all dishes are so well priced. It is a must try and/or regular spot to go to!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered takeout given the lockdowns due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Picking up was easy, payment was contactless. I did need to wait a bit outside, but that wasn't a big deal. We definitely weren't disappointed. I've had Swades twice before the pandemic started and enjoyed it both times. The family hasn't been able to try it until this past weekend. Everyone loved it. Except my daughter. She didn't like the spice. But she did like the yogurt dip and the spring rolls.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food has authentic Indian taste and can put and end to your desi cravings. Located near Harbour front on main road. The portions are good and well cooked. We tried mutton and felt it could have been a little more tender/soft. Overall very good. Food was well packed. Channa was also tasty. Naan was fresh and tasty. Over it was value for money.
