★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys are literlly answer questions at any time around 24 hours whenever you have questions about the shipments. The air freight rate is very attractive and service is faster than other frieght forwarding companies in Canada. I recommend their cargo shipping services!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please be aware that a scam claiming to be the CRA is using one of Haptrans' fax numbers to contact people with threats of arrest - I spoke with an agent at Haptrans and they no longer own this fax number, even though (at the time of my review) it's listed on their contact page.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice pet shipping company. Staff here helped I to shipped my dogs from Vancouver to China during the COVID pandemic and all my dogs arrived China safely.
I was first very concerned of the whole process and experience here, turned out these guys here are very professional and thoughtful.
Will definitely recommend Haptrans to my friends and other people!
