★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad customer service, worse in all Scotia Richmond branch, even though the waiting line might be shorter, will never go back. The teller needs more training, very unfriendly to the customer and didn’t even know the payment cheque has the bank account number on it, never encounter such a bad attitude teller in any other bank.
