★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service from tyler and company! Picked up an karu ooni pizza oven. Was a little concerned about the 12" size. Though it might be a little small but it is PERFECT. Really like that It can be wood, charcoal or propane. Used charcoal for the first pizzas and it worked perfect. 20 minute in heat up, 90 seconds pies. A must have is a laser thermometer to check the stone heat is good and peel to work the pie. Used charcoal and can't wait to try wood for the smoke flavor!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kevin at Hank's Grills booked me an appointment and showed me the products that I had shortlisted for purchase. He took over an hour to provide his personal grilling experiences with each option, and went over pros and cons of each as a customer and not as a dealer.
Delivery was quick and on-time, and since I had a knee injury and wasn't able to move, Kevin and his helper went the extra mile and set the grill up for me at no extra charge.
Highly recommend his services and expertise, and will definitely go back to him for any grilling accessories and supplies in a heartbeat!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kevin and Tyler were both great to deal with. I purchased an Ooni Karu from them - he didn't have it in stock, but ordered it in much faster than the big box stores. I bought it from Edmonton as I would rather support a local company than a huge one. Some stores couldn't get this pizza oven in stock for months, and Kevin had it within a week. Awesome customer service, great communication and a great product. They also had competitive pricing which matched the best deal I could find. I will be going to Hank's Grills whenever I need something.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buying a grill here was just an all-around excellent experience. Kevin is friendly and helpful, and obviously knows all the products they're selling very well. He delivered and assembled the grill for us the next day, and it ended up being a far better deal than everywhere else that I had called.
If you're interested in any of the grills or pizza ovens they carry, I'd absolutely recommend buying it from Hank's.
