I ordered the incorrect size, phoned the store and spoke with Fate, who was very helpful! She got me set up with the right size and made the shipping back and forth process seamless. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is awesome! I've been peacemeal getting the kit together for logging and these guys have everything you'd need and then some as far as PPE and logging gear. I'll be back here for all my wedges and maybe one of the nicer helmets. The one I got on Amazon doesn't seem like it'll last too long lol.

The manager and staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. And, the prices are better than I found anywhere else. I am super pleased with my Zubat saw and Hayauchi pruning pole - both are excellent products!
