I moved here as a single father with my 12yr old daughter, and have felt it has been a safe and decent spot to live. Maintenance problems are fixed promptly and professionally. The apartment complex is always kept very clean and well maintained inside and out. And, the lease agent Deborah is an absolute pleasure to deal with. Very knowledgeable, courteous, and on top of things. Thank you

I have lived here for over 5 years now & couldn’t say a bad thing about my experience here. The apartments are nice & the staff here are very friendly. Debbie is always in the office when I need to pay rent, she is also super easy to get ahold of. The cleaning staff makes sure the apartment building is always clean & work very hard. Have also never had any problems in the event I needed something fixed. They are always on top of things. One of the best things is that they are pet friendly and most of the tenants are also very nice. Thank you for making my experience renting over the years the best it could be.

The apartments maintence and cleanliness is maintained all the time. Apartments facilities includes heating, parking, safety, hot water, and neighborhood are highly satisfied. Whenever I had any queries they are always ready to resolve right away. Team is doing excellent job, keeping everything clean and refreshing.

The kitchen was all brand new and very modern, fresh paint, modern floors, and a new vanity in the bathroom. The Superintendent, Debbie is great and very responsive to any issues you might have. The maintenance guy, Matt is also awesome. They keep the common areas really clean and the parking lot is always well cleared of snow and ice. Great place to live.

I was worried that I would not be happy, but I have no regrets at all, as the move turned out to be just perfect for me in many ways . I love that it is not a large high-rise building and I love how I feel I am living in the country here, but can be down town to shop by the public transit in 10 minutes. The building is kept so well maintained and is cleaned daily. The carpets in the halls are cleaned when needed, walls painted and more. . The lawns and gardens are kept looking well cared for during the year and even in the winter, snow is removed fast and pathways are cleaned for safety with no delays. If you have a problem or question, you just have to call the office or email them and they are there to help you. Maintenance is great to deal with, and things are taken care of professionally and as soon as possible. I love my apartment and am happy beyond words about my rental unit here, that I call home. I will respect and take care of your apartment as if it was my own for however long I live here. . Thank you CLV group for making my move here a place I am happy to come home to everyday and for all you do, to make it a clean and safe place for me to live here, Pat

If it be arranging the best move in date/key release or help fixing any maintenance problems. They are always there if there’s any problems and make sure everything works within your schedule. They also remember you, so you don’t feel like just another number/renter.

The move into the apartment was worry free as I had a lot of support from Debra and the entire team, also any problems that have occurred in the apartment were dealt with in a timely manner. I am grateful to be living here and would recommend anyone to choose this as a location to move in.

She goes above and beyond the required support and overall my interaction with any of the CLV personnel has been positive. The property is well maintained and my unit in Hamilton Landing is upgraded with stainless steel appliances. The community is very safe and welcoming. Any issues that arise (which are not very often) are dealt with promptly. I definitely recommend CLV group for renting in Trenton and want to give a special shout-out to Debra Salomon for all her help.
