C	C Hofstra on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ordered big bacon cheddar cheesburger with a taco salad and a large frosty drove back to frankford opened the order and i have a regular cheeseburger. Not happy at all as they managed to screw up an order when it was repeated to them 3 times. Need to hire new monkeys to do the job right. by the time i got home it was 910 pm and no body to answer the phone when i called to complain and i left a voice message. wont be likely to order from here again ill stick with burger king or mcdonalds at least they get the orders right. When i finally did manage to sit and eat my burger was soggy and greasy.
M	Maggie Senger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ messy and unprofessional. girl taking order at drive-thru held up the line talking to her friend that drove up through the speaker for five or so minutes. when i got up to the window the young man at the window seemed quite miserable and when i asked “is that all?” he replied with “i don’t know” and displayed an annoyed gesture with his hands. was in drive-thru for 23 minutes total. i parked to eat my food and my order completely wrong and i was charged for something i did not order and did NOT get and they refused to give me my money for that item back. not to mention my drink had ice up to the very top i couldn’t even get my straw in it, there was very little liquid in it. i went inside to get it dealt with and i was inside waiting to be helped for 15 minutes and when i was finally helped they had me write what i originally ordered on the back of the receipt. after another 15 minutes i got my correct order, i opened it, and it was the most greasiest meal i’ve ever seen. it honestly looked like they put grease on it after it was prepared as a display of retaliation. honestly disgusting.
M	Molly Hope on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went through the drive-thru Thursday Feb 24th around 2:20pm. and the workers on that shift were amazing! i drove away without my drinks, parked in the parking lot to start eating, and when i remembered there was already a staff member on the way to my vehicle to deliver them!! The women went out of her way to walk down to my car and give them to me. great service!!

Got to the pick-up window and was handed a bag that wasn't our order. It took 4 different staff to get sorted. At home, 2 sandwiches- the croissant one was on a HAMBURGER bun, and the biscuit was small and stale, heavily salted

Half of the chicken was raw meat when I pulled it apart… It was raw and the lettuce was a chunk of stem. I couldn’t eat it! Absolutely disgusting.

Today, with no one else in line, and an hour before lunch starts, it took way too long for them to hand us 2 meals out the window. Previous visits, it has taken even longer and they have us pull around to wait. Wondering where the groove is? Or a manager to manage their time?

They can’t seem to keep staff so clearly something is up there. For the amount of time you wait you could probably eat in at Boston pizza because waiting 30 minutes for two sandwiches is ridiculous. Staff are always miserable and have zero manners. I’m pretty sure all the 5 star reviews are from the employees or owners because all of the 1 star reviews on here are the actual reality of visits to this location.
