Staff here are TERRIBLE! On good days, it's awkward and rushed. On bad days, they don't even listen to what you're ordering. I've been to this Burger King about 15 times since it's opened and have had at least five dead wrong orders. >The last order I asked for two Whopper combos with no Mayo, fries, and Rootbeer with no ice. >Randomly, the lady on the drive-thru mic started asking me if my combo was large sized. >I said no. >She then asked me about my drinks being a large then. >I clarified three more times that I was not ordering anything large. >Yet, when I was given drinks through the drive-thru window... they were large. >I then asked for a receipt at the drive-thru window, got ignored twice, was told to go wait off to the side for my order and the receipt will be in the bag. >When my meal finally came, sure enough the receipt said large pop. So, the people in the Drive-Thru blatantly ignored me saying NO to the large that they randomly added to my meal when I never asked for it. If you go here, triple confirm your order before you pay.

I can do a better job as manager. STORE WILL be open on time and hassle free with great customer excellence. I will fire those who are lazy in the Kings name....... I will raise the positive review.

I had their blueberry and apple pies which tasted great, also their roadhouse crispy chicken is a must try ,

Horrible Manager and Customer service skills. I said to them I cannot eat mustard and I got mustard on my burger. They proceeded to print out my receipt to show me that it says light mustard and tell me to have a nice day. There’s no making it up, there’s no making new ones. THIS is why you’re having staffing issues. I have never worked at a restaurant that has this type of attitude. Don’t blame the Ontario government on your lack of staff. This is your management teams fault. When you had ample staff, you were slow and you’re just as slow now.

I usually love Burger King. Tonight I ordered a small fry and a Whopper Jr with extra pickle and mayo. My small fry consisted of maybe 6-8 fries- less than half full. As for the burger, there was sufficient mayo, but no extra pickle. They also forgot the sweet and sour sauce I asked for as well. Upon looking at my receipt, my requests were outlined perfectly, so really no excuse for this. There was also little to no interaction at the window, terrible customer service.

Absolute worst. Normally I give second chances, even with not having the best of luck lately with fast food. Drive thru was empty. We were the only vehicle there. Had to wait for fresh chicken nuggets, which I thought was a great start. Got home, and they didn't give me a medium fry that I ordered. Called them and told them, they asked me to come back, so we did. The kid at the window made no attempts at apologies or anything. He whipped open the drive thru door and flung the bag out. Half way home im noticing the bag doesn't feel like it has much to it. The picture is meant to be a medium fry. That they forgot. So... not even upset that they offered nothing extra for messing up my order, but its almost like they gave me less than what was due. They also don't give receipts. I will absolutely not be back, and understand completely why they have a 3.3 star rating.

Don't waste your time with this Burger King location. In restaurant dining is not open during lunch hours, only 4pm - 8pm and on top of that they only allow you to place one order in the drive through. Good luck surviving in the fast food industry. Burger King should look into this location because it's going to hurt their brand. I will not be returning to this location.

For being a brand new franchise, we were completely bummed and disappointed with this place. Not only were our large fry containers 2/3 full, my hubby was craving onion rings so he paid the extra for the Roadhouse King. I don't understand how this burger could even be remotely acceptable. Two of the world's tiniest onion rings were the only ones on his burger. We are calling for a refund as this is completely ridiculous.
