Ordered my coffee three times they still got it wrong!! Also ordered a mcdouble and well I got one with nothing on it. Just buns meat and cheese.!!! Terrible service. If they can't get food right then they can't work ever, which means we will be supporting another person that can't work. Time was 635 pm April 21 2022 SAMF!!!

The worst McDonald’s in Trenton. Don’t bother to order here. Twice now they have screwed up my iced coffee and our two large fries were COLD like they rushed to make fries and didn’t cook them properly and to add they had NO salt on them! Like eww… and my iced coffee I always ask it made with milk and every single time they make it with cream. Well today the lady in drive thru was extremely rude when I told her it was suppose to be made with milk and I even said it at the drive thru speaker. Her response to me was β€œWell that’s not what my screen says” ummm excuse me?? How dare you speak to a customer this way. I don’t care what your screen says maybe LISTEN next time ? and she made us wait at the third little window for 5 minutes to make me another one and it was mostly filled with ice! Literally a few sips of it. Totally disgusted with the service here.

Generally it's not terrible. Orders have been wrong a few times. Cups always soaked in pop when going through drive thru and it's 50/50 wether it's good or just club soda basically. I don't know about anyone else but sticky hands and cars cup holders are quite annoying when it's easily avoided. I get it you only make minimum wage takes 2 seconds to wipe it down instead of being asked everytime.

First off, the lady at the window must of been having a hard day, but being upset because I gave her cash and she had to get her till open and then throwing my money at me so all the change $4.00 fell on the ground was uncalled for. I get it, life is hard and tough and maybe things are going on in her life, but do not take it out on those trying to just get their breakfast.

Don’t do the curb side pick up. Areas aren’t marked. We waited 20min today only to have to go in for the food. Then our order wasn’t correct and required another trip inside. Lucky we checked it in the parking lot. Another customer followed me out of the store with a similar unpleasant experiences. Work to be done McDonalds at monogram place. Signs need better marking and there should be a dedicated employee dealing with online orders.

Nice location. Super clean lots of space. Staff are courteous and for a 401 highway corridor location the bathrooms are extremely clean. Wifi connectivity is quick and fast. Obviously a location where rhe staff take pride in their work and strive for perfection. Perfect little pit stop for a reboot when on long trips.

At 9:20PM on February 6 2022. I decided to use 2 McDonald's 2 can dine breakfast coupons. Yes I used coupons as honestly the service and food is never great quality. The cashier at the time of my order seemed out to lunch and was very rude.. the coupon price was $8.28 and she tried charging my wife and I $11.05 I looked at her and said that doesn't add up $8.28 + tax is not $11.05 she tried telling me it was.... I corrected her and gave her the actual price with taxes. She became snarky saying she had no idea what happened then responded with would you like to speak to my manager as if she was trying to intimidate me into thinking I was wrong and couldn't do basic math.. and once the manager came over she said in clear earshot of us that she already tried to explain it to us multiple times lol My wife and I made two orders and both of them we were overcharged for. And the cashier also put in our order that we wanted a Oreo Mcflurry vs smarties. I think at the end of the day all cashiers should be trained in basic math skills and stronger customer service skills as that was a ridiculous experience that will deter us from that location in the future. Oh and all my fries were extremely stale. A&W offers far better quality and service.

Iv been coming to McDonald's for years. I appreciate the great customer service I always get in the Drive thru.Order takers are always polite!.Fast Fair Friendly Staff. Your newest Manager Bonnie!! Has Excellent Skills..Team Player!! Happy New Years to you all :)
