★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would rate this place a 10. I had my daughter with me after just picking her up from her mother. There was an issue and a wonderful young batista named Riley saved the day.
I'm an executive for a huge company in Ottawa and I'm at Starbucks literally every day... but not this one. This place had NO idea who I was and my daughter and I were treated like we are the most important customers on earth.
Honestly thank you so much starbucks and Riley!

A few times I have gone in looking for something other than a plain coffee that I can have. I am diabetic and most of Starbucks.frilly beverages, I cannot drink. This particular employee goes above and beyond to find a tasty creation for me.to try. That alone is very much appreciate, but it gets better.
Today we decided to treat ourselves to a tasty but usually over priced beverage. My partner, a Venti refresher and myself one of your very few diabetic safe concoctions.
Orders were placed, we attempted to pay and we were informed that the payment system was down, and our drinks were free.
She didn't tell us at the beginning, just happily took our orders with her ever present smile and friendliness.
It's hard to find customer service that actually treats customers well. She ALWAYS does.
I cannot remember her name but she is a keeper. She is always going above and beyond. I will.update when I find out her name. She deserves recognition for her superb service
