Due to sitting at a desk in front of a computer typing all day, my shoulders and neck would be very sore at the end of the day. After using the Rolflex for the first time, I was very impressed with the results, it helped reduce my pain significantly and I no longer feel the soreness. I was very pleased with the results. This product is very well made. Great price compared to other retailers. Thank you Halo Healthcare for the great customer service and timely delivery.

Very sturdy, and swivels well when the swivel lever is used, so no worry about it swiveling when you are trying to stand. Delivered from BC to Ontario in perfect condition in just 4 business days. Very impressed with both the Mobb chair and Halo.

Very quickly the foot rest insert broke and so we contacted HaloHealthcare to assist us in ordering another part. Over the weeks we had many back and forth calls and emails and our frustration grew however NOT with the representatives at HaloHealth. Their service was gracious and helpful and they soothed our frustrations by NOT reacting to my reactions!!:) In the end this is what I learned that may be helpful to future customers. When purchasing a wheel chair take note of the model numbers (there are two) and when asking for assistance refer these numbers. In fact, I plan to order a spare set to alleviate the wait time that naturally occurs with this process. In the end I am most appreciative of the reps at HaloHealth. They gave us a generous discount which was unexpected to ease the inconvenience caused by not having a foot rest. We used duct tape to keep the foot rest secured. Thank you Halohealth for your help.

It worked out very well with the bamboo bath bench it fits well and I can finally sit down when my back hurts. Thanks Halo Health.
