★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointing customer service. They are way too stubborn over any customizations and ironically they claim to make custom furniture! If you need a good customer service, avoid this place for sure. I'm happy to pay more bucks to get better service and a customized product. Cancelled my order today after 3 visits eventually.
