I have nothing but positive things to say about this company. I am not from the restaurant industry but I purchased a large table that needed 10 chairs. I could not find any chairs that matched the beauty of my table and during Covid making a furniture purchase was even more difficult. I noticed their chairs on line but was concerned that this was a company that dealt with the hospitality industry that they not be able to help me. Nothing could be further from the truth. From my first phone call Leith was extremely helpful and due to travel restrictions we were unable to come to the showroom to look at the product. Keith sent me samples of the fabrics to my home and we FaceTimed on several occasions making sure I was making the right decision. Mansi always kept me in the loop regarding the manufacture and the shipping of my furniture. Once the furniture arrived it was well packaged and in excellent condition. However one chair had a small tear near the stitching. Once I let them know they went about getting a replacement for me. Their customer service has been exemplary and I couldn’t be happier. This is a great company to deal with

Great quality products and great customer service. Very reasonable pricing as well. I ordered all new tables and bases for my restaurant and had issues with 2 table tops (probably damaged during shipping). Sarah & Mansi were very responsive and sent out replacements under warranty quickly and with no issues. Highly recommend and I would purchase from here again!
