W	WilChan WilChan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heads up, they do custom furniture. They can customize the leather color and above all, their modern designs. They said that it usually takes 2 to 3 months to make but mine took 7 weeks. Love my furniture and great service.

There is no company, the landlord is looking for them for not paying their rent and for damages. Like the rest of you we paid our deposit too and have been waiting since June 2018 for our furniture. If anyone has any ideas as to how we can go about finding this Carlos or filing a complaint we are in!

ITS SCAM, I ordered sofas from them in September 2018 and they took half the deposit from me happily and they said that the sofas would be ready by December 2018, maybe January 2019 at the latest, now it’s almost the end of February and I have not gotten my sofas. I have called them continuously on customer service which keeps telling me to leave a message which I have and have gotten no reply’s at all. I called the store multiple times and they have rarely ever picked up, the one time he picked up , he said it’s chinese New Year I don’t think they work in Chinese New Year, he did not tell us this when we ordered the sofas and took our money, he told me to send an email to them of My invoice which I did n I have gotten no reply’s, I have been calling them continuously for awhile now and I still have no answer, I went to the original store we ordered from and that is now closed!!! he said it would take 3 months max and now it’s almosy 5 MONTHS n they have not given anything!! So I suggest don’t go to this place it is a scammm!!!!
j	jugraj minhas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ FRAUD - Gian doesn't return calls only did half of our order, we ordered 1.5 years ago and now he won't answer calls and the in store just looks like an abandoned warehouse. Looks like they have fleeced and took off with people's money. This is ridiculous, if you can't deliver the product at least return the damn money. I'm going to be in touch with police if this continues, gian just skipped town!!

Lavish City Furniture is the only furniture store with a large online selection of unique, modern, and contemporary pieces and are priced very reasonably. Special thanks to Gian who spent many hours helping us and even scheduling a free home consultation and measurement to get the perfect fit and design we want for FREE(no store will do this for you so make sure to ask for it). For anyone buying furniture from lavish city furniture take not that your furniture will take roughly 4 months as it is custom made but they are all worth it once they are in your house. They don't carry anything in stock. I highly recommend this store if you are looking for something special and great deals.
E	E Bathula on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The business do not have proper phone number(except the owner mobile) or any regular operating hours. They do not have furniture in store accept the pictures catalog that they are going to show in a computer. This is not like any other business you can think of. After the initial (half) payment all of a sudden he disappeared for a while. Store is closed, he is not available in phone or email. After three months or so he just answered one of the many phone calls to say he was on vacation. Later realized he never placed the order that he said he did when he take my money three months ago. When he receives the money to his account he accepts it like an owner and signs agreement, later when you inquire about furniture he speaks like he is just an agent to (unknown) manufacture. There is no accountability, no commitment or professionalism. Other than the time during the initial meetings prior to the payments my phones were never answered, nor returned back. FIVE MONTHS completed. All my furniture is still not ready. I will not do business with them again. Only refer them if you do not like someone. UPDATE: TEN MONTHS, still not received all the furniture. SERIOUS ADVISE: For what ever the reason if you decided to go ahead with this company(Gian) never pay him cash/etransfer the money. Use your credit card for your own safety. It will save lot of headache for you in future. My case against this company with BBB was closed with the business being 'unresponded to BBB'. Another case is currently in progress in consumer court against this company.
J	Jagdeep Bhandal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Total Fraud !! . Do not pay deposit to him. I paid deposit in Nov,2019. He said furniture will be delivered in March, 2019. I am calling him from February he is not answering phone calls. I went to his new location in Annacis Island. Doors are locked. No one there. I email him then he replied that he will not refund my money but no update on my order. We all should get together and find his house and file a complaint to police. Just Do not buy anything from him.
S	Shirley Mitchell on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I never write a review but I felt that I had too. First of all, if you are planning on buying from lavish city furniture expect roughly 5 to 6 months. The sales person told me it will be 4 to 5 months but knowing it was made outside Canada, it would take a long time. The furniture were awesome and came with great packaging. They give you free shipping and they will also bring it up in your living room. I live in a townhouse so the free shipping was really a plus. The pricing is great as I've seen similar place in Ontario and you'd save atleast 1k on a sectional purchase from them. As for their customer service, they are a lot of room for improvement as I've call several times for an update and took them a week to reply back. They can't really give you an update until the product is done or almost done so just hang on tight. If you are looking for a quick turn around time for furniture. forget it and go somewhere else. I honestly bought and just forgot about it until it was 5 months and asked for an update.
