g	graham on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Another dinner at the Halo Restaurant at the Renaissance Edmonton Airport. The food is good but the star of the show is Ruheen, the best Server in Edmonton. Always cheery and attentive with a great smile and sense of humour. She’s the reason we stay and eat in the hotel rather than drive into Edmonton.

The mushroom ravioli was delicious, as was the butter chicken. The staff were amazing and brought our kids some toys to occupy them along with crayons and colouring sheets. The service was quite quick as well. We returned the next morning for breakfast, which was delicious. If only I had taken some photos. The pancakes were nice and fluffy and my wife loved the french toast, as did one of the kids. The other are all of her chocolate chip pancakes. The manager even dropped off some smoothies for us to try while waiting on our food.

Ordered drinks and she brought along water as well. My wife had the Butter Chicken and I had the fish and chips. Both meals were of great quality and most filling.. Thanks to the staff for a most enjoyable dining experience.

You will spend your entire dining experience trying to get her attention and then she will mess up your order and she will give you attitude about her mistakes. Ive been here twice before and food is always consistently good. I’m not sure if this girl is new? But even if she is, that’s not an excuse for the Horrendous service. I get it’s a pandemic and it’s slim pickings out there for workers - but you guys need to do better. Train your staff or better yet hire new. Anyone would do better than this girl. Won’t be back.

When it arrived there was barely any hollandaise and it had a really odd texture and almost no taste . I asked for more hollandaise and the server came back and said the kitchen told her that I don’t need more hollandaise. Also the eggs were very over poached . Overall it was a poor experience but the server was great . Also saw her ask another guy for help since she was the only server and he said rudely that he’s not there to help her .
