★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fresh made burgers, the XL burger was amazing. The poutine was a great side order, very filling. Prompt kitchen staff, welcoming cashier(s), overall aesthetic and cleanliness makes this location top notch for me (in comparison to other older branches) I would definitely come back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely love this place!! So much customization lots of free toppings!! Burgers can be a bit pricey. Many other things too like poutines, chicken tender poutine, chicken tenders, best milkshakes too!! I do find it silly tho they charge so much extra for beyond burgers unfortunately ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This fat burger is obviously making too much money ….. so much money that they can just shut down at 4pm on a Saturday. Door was locked when I came up …. Some nice customer let me in and I let them know their door was locked and I was told that there was only two people working(there was 4 employees in the restaurant but three were eating ) and so they were closed til 5…. I don’t know much about running a fat burger but I’m sure you can do it with two people . Anyways I ate my subpar food and left. Then as I walked to my
Vehicle I seen 4 other customers get denied by the door being locked. I’ll
Never be back. Management should do something about this “country club “ as it’s obvious that the employees come before customers here . Literally watching paying customers walk away on a Saturday afternoon is a terrible business practice. Guess the owners are millionaires and don’t care about the paying public

Don’t know what’s going on there BUT they need to changes things up before someone gets sick this place used to be good BUT anymore hit and Miss bacon on my burger border line raw!!!!!!!! The burger under cooked both times. And the fries way under cooked come on people.. and what’s with the your phone number when I try calling the voice message says this my is out of order.. Wow!!!!is it because you don’t want to hear people complaining!!!!! To bad alberta health don’t find out …. P.S and yes raw food!!!!

More attention to detail could go a long way. if id read the other reviews before I wouldn't have stopped in but didn't have any of the same reported issues. Just a bit better on presentation and keep those fried hot and we're good to go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today was third time I have been to this Fatburger location. The first time it was great. The second time we had order 4 burger with fries and drinks. Two of our burgers were under cooked, closer to medium rare, and our drink were incorrect. On the third visit the burgers were good but they were out of onion rings and they missed one of our orders of fries. I would suggest that if you order online check everything before you leave. Also when I tried to call them an comment on my order their phone had been disconnected. A prefect way to ensure that you don't get customer complaints.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are looking for a $3.99 burger skip here, these burgers are HUGE! And fresh ingredients! And the milkshake was great! If you want to complain about the price just remember you are getting your money's worth. And the staff are so friendly and smiling! Makes it feel like a place that is happy to serve you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love the california veggie burger and the strawberry shake was too good. Grilled chicken sandwich was really plain and actually had one tomato slice and very little to no sauce inside. Looked and tasted plain n bland.
