★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The manager of this location was horrible! We had an issue with returning an item within the time limit and a receipt, and he didn't want to do it. When he finally did give the refund, he tossed it on the counter and then when told a complaint about her service would be made, he said,"go ahead, I'm the manager!"
I love Hallmark cards but if this is who they hire, I will be going somewhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love, love, love this store and the service I get. The staff always help with suggestions when I struggle when looking for an appropriate gift or an unique gift idea! I have had more compliments from the purchases made at this store than any other. It's the best! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wasn't busy which was great. Assume most people already had cards for Christmas. Some newer items like poncho's for women which was different for a card store. Not much of a selection for those lots of scarves, woolen hats etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff are friendly and helpful. But...I purchased a regular sized birthday card and Valentines Day card and the total was just over $20.00!!! I could have - and maybe should have - gone to a bookstore, purchased a book and inscribed some birthday wishes inside. At least it would take more than 15 seconds to read! I can't believe the price of a greeting card. It wouldn't surprise me if Hallmark eventually prices themselves right out of business.
