★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Michelle was a pleasure to work with right from the start. I provided some examples of things I liked and Michelle took it from there. She provided amazing arrangements while working within my budget. All the flowers were gorgeous: bouquets, boutonnières, centre pieces and arch (created with Q Design). She dropped off the flowers to multiple locations on the day of the wedding and wrote me a card to wish me luck. Everything surpassed my expectations by a mile.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I contacted Michelle (from Toronto) as I was looking for a florist in Kingston to deliver a subscription of fresh cut flowers to somebody local. We chatted on the phone about what I was looking for and pricing and she was extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating! The first arrangement arrived and they were fresh, colourful and beautifully arranged with detailed information on how to care for them. I was very impressed and the recipient was very happy with her gift as well. I would definitely recommend Michelle and Chartreuse Flower works for excellent customer service and beautiful floral arrangements.

She was so pleasant amd professional and created a beautiful arrangement that MG sister truly loved. Michelle even suggested adding some cutely packaged sweets to make the gift that much sweeter. I couldn't be happier to support a local business and an old friend.
Such a fabulous experience. I will definitely be using Chartreuse Flower Works again. Thank you for helping to make my sister's birthday so special.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last week I contacted Michelle as I wanted to send an arrangement to my sister for her birthday. Not living in KIngston myself I pursued the various florists and Chartreuse seemed to stand out as being unique. Michelle and I talked in some detail about the arrangement and I sent her a few photos to give her an idea of what I wanted. Not only did she meet my expectations, she far surpassed them and the arrangement was absolutely gorgeous. I wanted to use unusual flowers and had a particular look and colour in mind and Michelle got it in spades! She even had it delivered at precisely the right moment; while my sisters and I were having a zoom call. My sister is absolutely thrilled - even the container was perfect! A week later the flowers that were in bud are opening and the arrangement is still stunning as you can see from the photos. Thank you Michelle - you clearly put a lot of time, love and effort into your masterpieces and it shows!

Michelle was a phenomenal wedding florist in her creativity, reliability and reasonable pricing. She found a way to stretch our budget to create the most stunning backdrop for our indoor wedding ceremony (at the Rosemount Inn), and created a bridal bouquet that took my and my mother’s breath away. The boutonnieres were refined, delicate and a piece of art unto themselves. She’s also really fun to communicate with and a delight to work with. I can’t speak highly enough of her work as a very happy customer and bride!

Today my husband picked up an arrangement made by Michelle for our anniversary and I was so excited to see a little bit of nostalgia with the wire covered mossball. This little detail was so thoughtful especially after 15 years and surely hundreds of bouquets and arrangements later ❤❤❤(the photo of the arrangement does not do it justice).
