★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stopped in to ask about when the 2017 Dreambook would be in, and ornaments would be available for pre-order. The lady behind the counter seemed annoyed that I was asking and simply replied that she did not know. Now, I appreciate that not all staff will have all the answers all the time. That said, I found her overall demeanour to be less than hospitable and it certainly seemed as if she had no interest in assisting me.
