I mean for example you walk into the store n ask I need a good shampoo they give u one that they no is good it didn't work for u, u come back the next say cussing at them. first off you don't go to school, u don't study nor do a test to work in a hair store. Everyone has different hair types skin types etc so how the hell can they no what's gonna work with ur hair u been living with yourself ur hole life u don't no what works with u how will they, I mean they don't even no you, you ask for a good one they gave u what they no its good what works with them. Another thing i seen happen in the store the last time i visted is 1.99 gold ear rings its 2$ wat in gods name would make u ask is it real gold ? Seens wen do u get real gold for 2$ if that was the case then why would anyone send hundreds of dollars on it. I mean I been coming to this store for about 4-5 years n I never had a problem with the girls they are very honest if u ask them dumb questions they give u dumb answer u be rude they be rude back you get wat u give out treat people how u want to be treated to get respect you most first give respect no?

A	Amy Dhillon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a good store, has a lot to choose from. The owners are very friendly however the staff that they hire are usually rude for no apparent reason. Some of the newer ones are a lot better with customer service but the ones that have been there for a while just seem extremely miserable with their lives and take it out on customers. In terms of product, I find that they do offer great selection but over the last few months their prices have increased drastically. I now find myself looking for a new beauty supply store because their prices aren't what they used to be. I don't buy weave so I'm not too sure of their price point but their selection of natural hair products (oils, leave in conditioners) are becoming extremely expensive.
