We bought a number of cars and worked with several sales reps in the past with various dealers - the experience we've had here is hands down the best in class. Both Anna-Maria and Yano were a delight to deal with. The level of professionalism is more than I've dealt with in any other dealership, and the process was as smooth as the vehicle I chose to drive out of the lot with. He always answered my calls and texts promptly and got the answers to my questions. I was shocked at how helpful and not « pushy » he was, unlike most car salesmen I have spoken with. I am so grateful Lorenz was able to help me buy my first car and walk me through all of the features to make sure it was the right fit for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3 Years ago I left a 5 star review. Today I deleted that review and am posting a 1 star review. Why? Because this dealership does not honour the written contracts it signs.
3 Years ago I leased a Mazda 3, which I love, and today, wish to buy out that lease. In my contract it says "a processing fee of up to $0.00 may be charged by the dealer" and now Gyro is telling me I need to pay $499 to end my lease. This is in addition to the charges for getting the vehicle safety certified and transfer of ownership, which I have no issue paying.
Honour the contracts you sign. This should not be difficult.
I was planning to, 12-18 months from now, trading in my Mazda for another, or a Hyundai from Gyro Hyundai across the parking lot. Not anymore. I feel utterly cheated.
I'd like to use this review to warn anyone who wants to lease a vehicle from Gyro. Beware.
