I was there to check the issue with the driver seat. Mert was very nice. He helped me to check and fix the issue quickly in few hours while I expected it had to take few days. I am very happy and satisfy with his service.

There should be an option for 6 stars, the customer service and sales team is so consistently outstanding. Muhammad just assisted us with our latest purchase and he was helpful and proactive. The whole team makes it a pleasure to do business with them.

Took my perfectly running 1 year-old 2021 GLC 300 in for its first ever scheduled service, and everything went smoothly -until the next day while going through some minor pot holes I noticed a loud rattling sound coming from under the vehicle, which never existed before. I immediately returned the car to MB Midtown and spoke with my service advisor Joshua, and he asked to go for a ride with me to hear it for himself. He agreed there was a rattling sound, and I expected the issue to be dealt with immediately -BUT he tells me I have to wait 3 WEEKS! to have the issue looked at! That is a complete let-down! So I get home and look under my vehicle for myself and notice that most of the screws holding the plastic shrouding under the vehicle are only screwed in halfway! As they were easily accessible, I tightened them up myself, but sadly there still exists some excessive rattling. Frankly, I think my Mercedes was a very well built vehicle from the factory, but this type of sloppy service loses my confidence in this place for service, because it begs the question: What else is not properly reassembled that I CAN'T see? I will be looking for a different dealer for future service.

The quality of the service at this store is incredibly high considering covid, supply chain issue and staffing shortage. Jack, Mert and Deanna have shown excellent dedication and care for my car issues. I have been here 3 times so far while owing a Mercedes for for less than three month. Most of the issues were my fault and somewhat process inefficiencies: 1) A flat tire, called the roadside assistance and they said AMG cannot be serviced on the road. $100 to change the tire with my spare on in the trunk. 2) Losing my remote, paid ~$900 and got a stellar and fast service to order a new one. 3) Receiving a new remote and adding to my car for ~$200. Considering the situation I have seen in different stores or brands during car/parts shortage/delays in Canada, the people in this branch are doing amazing.

I had the pleasure working with Muhammad Shahzad who provided exceptional customer service and professionalism throughout my entire process from ordering my vehicle to the delivery. He is very knowledgeable and someone who listens to your needs to build you the perfect vehicle, as well as provide a good deal. I had an issue with my vehicle, so I took it to Mid Town Mercedes where I purchased it. I had Mert and Ravi assist me. They made me feel comfortable and confident that my vehicle would be taken care of. The professionalism and expertise from these two, is what you look for and need when coming to a dealership. They kept in constant communication with me on the status of my vehicle, which assured me that it was in the right hands. Thank you for your help!

I would like to highly recommend Mercedes Benz Midtown dealership as a place to purchase a car. In fact, awarding five stars to this dealer honestly underestimates the level of service received. As always, this company is seen through the quality and dedication of its employees and, therefore, my positive impressions are built through the prism of interaction with a sales consultant I have had the pleasure to collaborate with. The interest in this particular dealer resulted from their welcoming and collaborative approach during car market research phase (when other high-profile dealers showed little interest in engaging in a serious conversation). This dealer went the extra mile to explain all pertinent details and options of the car on a personalized basis and followed up with additional offer of assistance in a measured way. The car delivery process was made smooth and understandable thanks to frequent status updates and explanation of next steps. Finally, the delivery itself was simple and enjoyable thanks to a well-prepared documentation process. I am particularly impressed by the amount of time taken to explain in-person key car features and the offer to provide a follow-up session if necessary. In summary, I could not have imagined a better client experience and, as a result, I will gladly continue doing business with and remain loyal to Mercedes Benz Midtown.

Had a B250, was an amazing vehicle prior to being called in for recall. The mechanics at the dealership didn’t align and rotate the tires (didn’t even bother asking). 2 weeks later - wheel (run flat) explodes on the QEW almost costing two lives. When I go in to the dealership to inform them of the issue, the manager (Denver) became utterly rude and kept denying the claim. The actions and behaviours of individuals tend can show who was at fault. I talked to a mechanic, who without a doubt said the incident was due to misalignment. Present day - being a loyal Mercedes customer for over 10 years, and this is the service I received. As I was without a car went out and bought a M240i 2022. They not only missed out on a ~$80k deal as I was planning on getting the E53, but also will soon be hearing from my lawyers. Please if you care about your family don’t jeopardize the safety of your car by bringing it to Mercedes Midtown. Awful service and ill-mannered staff.
