★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thank you to Alberto for your help and patience in finding me a new Jeep Compass! He made the trade in process very easy, and I had my new car in just a couple of days. Before driving off the lot he showed me all the new features inside the car and helped set them up to my liking. Also thank you to Julio, who also helped out during this process! Everyone at this dealership is friendly and understands how customers should be treated. 10/10 service :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I want to start off this review by saying that Vincent is great! He was the associate that helped me make my decision and purchase my Ram 1500. He was very helpful and thoughtful throughout the entire process. He was very straight forward and to the point. BY FAR THE BEST CAR SALES ASSOCIATE THAT I'VE DEALT WITH. Julio the finance manager was great too! Fantastic and friendly service. The only reason why I want to take off one star was because during the meeting with Vincent, one of his coworkers, ALBERTO, kept on asking Vincent if I was planning to purchase the truck or not. Our discussion lasted for a couple of hours and Alberto would come back every half an hour or 20 minutes asking AGAIN and AGAIN if I'm going to purchase the truck because he had another customer that wanted to look at the same truck. I felt extremely disappointed in his behaviour because it was unprofessional and EXTREMELY rude. It made me feel very uncomfortable and Vincent kept on apologizing for Alberto's inappropriate questions. Vincent was great, and 10/10 I would recommend him to any one who is considering getting a car here. However, Alberto is EXTREMELY RUDE and his unprofessional interruptions during my conversation with Vincent indicates that upper management needs to have a conversation with him regarding practicing appropriate behaviours with clients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very pleasant experience with the sale representative Vincent Li in this location. My questions and concerns were well addressed by him in a timely and professional manner. He is very responsible. I left messages for him when I knew that he was not working that day. I didn't expect his responses but he answered my questions even though he was off. He proactively helped me prepare documents, follow up along the process, etc. He made the whole process more relaxed and made me better understand what is the priority. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been looking for a vehicle for a while. I finally decided to go with a 2022 Wrangler. I went to a few different chrysler stores to review all my options before I made a decision. I ended up finding a vehicle that Don Mills Chrysler had on there lot. I stopped by on a Saturday and I did not regret it I got the best deal possible and I’m so happy! FINALLY I GET MY WRANGLER!!! I dealt with Jeff and he introduced me to his Sales Manager John. John was very involved in making sure we work out a deal but most importantly he was transparent and made sure I had all my questions answered. I was not easy to deal with but Jeff and John stayed patient. What I found interesting after we did the deal the other Sales manager Chris and President of the company Dave both came by and thanked me for the business and ensured me I would be loving my new ride. THE TEAM AT DON MILLS CHRYSLER THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

Vincent is a fantastic sales person. He was able to address all my questions about the car as he was very patient and knowledgeable. The service was absolutely fantastic.
