L	Lisa Thomas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had ordered a veggie burger one time and I’m a frequent costumer, so I know they use the green spatula, and the young man on the grill asked a short lady where the spatula was, and she told him use the normal one and when he denied she said “don’t worry about it” and “are you the boss or am I?”. I’m disappointed in your manger staff on how they treat there employees and don’t follow protocol.
A	A. Chan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have order from this place very frequently pre - covid and there was an elderly women who used to handle the drive through efficiently and without much errors. I just so happen to be driving by today and thought I'll go get my usual original combo with onion rings and Pepsi. When they gave me the total I thought it was a bit off and I was right. The guy individually punched in just the burger and drink....when I told him what I wanted. I was in a rush and didn't bother to go back but was quite disappointed.
B	Brandon Ramberack on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got delivery from this place earlier today from Uber eats, first time having a Harvey’s poutine. Wanted to give it a try. I got the meat feast one which was burger meat and bacon, was good and enjoyable! I like the additional toppings you can chose from for free because it makes it so much more customizable. Also got the classic Harvey’s chocolate shake along with apple pie for dessert. Everything was excellent!

Surprisingly has a large seating area, from the outside it looks small or only a takeout/drive thru location. Staff are friendly and polite. I usually stick with the tried and true original burger but tried the meatless light life burger and it was decent. Still doesnt replace good ol' beef but the good thing with Harvey's is meatless or not, add the toppings you want to make each burger yours.

I used to order the same thing during my visits because it was the only vegetarian option available. I had their grilled veggie burger, frings and a Nutella shake. I really enjoyed this order. The burger was tasty and, the shake was absolutely delicious. Their service was good and had my order served right away.

I politely brought it up at the next visit (with receipt), but the manager refused to fix their simple error. I am dumbstruck at this and so disappointed that this is how they handle things. I am sad to say I am now a former customer and can't patronise this establishment in the future in good conscience
