poor reviews do not receive any feedback or an ounce of care. REGUS does not care until the billing cycle comes around.
I switched over to WEWORK and am very pleased with their services.

Room Temperature is never consistent; too hot or too cold
Regus has the Worst customer experience - receptionist, sales, call center; not reflective of a prestigious office space rental agency
Very expensive option
The price is not worth all the trouble and hassle

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Regus location is a medical walk-in clinic with at least 50 patients walking in and out throughout the day. I don't even know if that is contractually legal. It is no longer a professional office space that is quiet, and non convoluted.
Entrepreneurs and Businesses beware; do not sign the contract with Regus of any kind before you do a quick Google search - "Regus sucks". Tons of feedback why you should stay away, far away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i rented a virtual address in this location and had no contract with REGUS it was month to month bases. i wanted to cancel my account with them so i contacted them on the first of august to give them a 30 day notice but i did not receive any response from them so i call them on 12 of august and talk to a customer service representative they want to charge me 2 MONTHS MORE just because their policy says you cant end an agreement in any other dates except 30 of every month. so i have to pay for the month of august and September even though i am not using any services.
and i am not the only one experiencing this issue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The company I work for has rent this office several times. It is a nice place with great views, very neat and clean. Tap water, Coffee, hot chocolate, cream and milk are free. They have other services like copies and printing. The wifi is included. The front office manager is really amazing, her name is Lisa and she offers a GREAT customer service. She actually makes the difference on your experience at Regus. I really recommend this place.

The view at this location is amazing!!!
The center is always tide and clean, the kitchen is organized and it has hot water, plates, cutlery and everything that you need to eat there.
There is a large co-working room, boardroom and many offices with flexible booking options and reasonable prices. I recommend it!
