She explained the process, and answered all queries as I was investing for the first time. She was very helpful and provided a custom services during the overall booking/purchase. Rahul proved to an effective sales person who really demonstrated proactive approach in understanding the needs and advising the appropriate solution. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I worked with Geraldine (Geri) from Square Yards for my recent purchase of an investment property and it was pretty smooth and value for money. She showed me the property of my interest and she made sure it should be my pocket friendly. Initially I was reluctant with any investments but she answered all my queries and doubts before I proceeded with the purchase. They were offering extended deposit structure which I liked the most. Even they went a bit extra step to extend the deposits and I didn't even realized when I paid out my deposits. I would really recommend Square Yards to all who are thinking of purchasing any property through them.
