★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its extremely important to do your due diligence while looking and buying a used vehicle. Selecting a dealership would be another BIG challenge! At Parkway Honda, I must say from the start to the end of purchasing a vehicle I was served with great customer service and my business was valued. My salesperson was, "Fazal Hamidi" and the business manager who helped me in terms of financing was, "Dilip" both went above and beyond to get me an amazing deal. What I truly liked about Fazal and Dilip that they did not make me RUSH to the purchase instead took time to understand the requirements and needs for my next vehicle. I even changed my mind after almost finalizing one vehicle but when I have found the one I truly love it.
Fazal and Dilip reserved that vehicle for me, allowed me sufficient time to have a look and think about it before I make the final decision. When I did! they both made things worked out again.
Overall my experience was very positive and at the time when I left the dealership, I left with a great vehicle of my choice , better financing terms and warranty.
I want to thank Fazal and Dilip one more time for their extraordinary services and yes! I would recommend to all family/friends and new customers.

They did however made some mistakes on my last visit but they owned to it and made everything right and more… my service advisor was Rommel, A.

From the start, the service was professional and tailored to my specific requirements. I was impressed by Puneet's thoroughness and understanding in answering all of my concerns and assisting me in finding a vehicle that best fits my lifestyle, as I need the vehicle for work and travel a lot. Puneet was patient and able to provide me with a variety of options. I was never rushed or coerced into making a decision. I had such a positive experience with Parkway Honda that I would suggest them to everyone.

He is very kind willing to discuss possible deals and patiently explains informations with me.
