While I was there a lady had an appointment and the manager told her that she had to bring it another time. He had let three walk-ins in before and was simply being greedy and then kicked out someone who had an appointment. Not to mention how rude the manager was when speaking to everybody. I have gone there multiple times before but will never go there again
C	Chester Delgado on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an oil change, brake check and coolant flush. The staff were very accommodating and made me and my family feel comfortable while waiting for our car. The manager/chief mechanic took the time and was very patient in explaining about what I needed to know/understand regarding my concerns, the price, process and my options. This just shows that they are concerned about customer satisfaction and building client trust. Unlike other shops/mechanic I’ve come across where I had to ask too many questions just to find out what is really going on with my car. I scheduled for a transmission check with them which I have been delaying for quite some time now because I didn’t know where to find a place that I can trust. I’m glad I found Midas. To boot they gave me discounts too! What more could one ask for? Great overall experience so far. Thank you Midas and keep it up!
Q	Quentin T on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a surprise to have such great service and not to be overcharged. This is a garage that I could confidently send my grandma to, if she were alive. Everything done was well explained and done promptly. This is my new go to place for anything vehicle related.
T	Tim Scott on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad troubleshooting, create crisis thinking to increase the work bill amount. I asked for my power steering reservoir to be checked (usually means to check the level, report back on how full it was, and fill it up with the power steering fluid) because I had a grinding sound at the farthest turn of my steering wheel to the left and to the right. Instead of doing what I asked they concluded that I needed a rack and pinion replacement, and a power steering pump replacement for approximately 3400$. What normal people do is fill the reservoir (I hadn't filled it in years which I believe I told them) and determine how bad the leak rate is before they would consider spending $3400, as spending 20$ in power steering fluid is a much better solution. I had to tell them again to check the level and fill the power steering reservoir. After that was done I took it for a drive and did hard turns to the left and the right and my grinding noise went away (like I thought it would). I have used this Midas in the past and was pleased with the service but this experience has created a very bad impression.

Raul (service coordinator)- He professionally gives what exactly I need for my car, 2. The guys doing the actual repair job in the workshop. They won't make you to spend even a penny unnecessarily, on-time delivery, friendly, polite, proper follow-ups, giving clear explanation before the job is done. I recommend this shop. Thanks guys!

Very convenience because I did not have to make an appointment nor wait a long time or a week day, they open Saturday until 3 pm. Their staff is very nice, and kind. The service is high quality and the price affordable. The time of the service was exactly what they said. Also the place offers free wifi and nice customer area. I highly recommend this car shop. They exceeded my expectations.

Raoul and another person (unfortunately I did not catch his name) were very nice and friendly to me and explained everything well and clearly. They also gave me very good prices for my new tires. Overall, I definitely rank Midas @ O'Connor 5 Stars.
M	Matthew Ciarka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very dishonest experience, I called this place and was quoted $120 over the phone to put my rims on a set of tires I purchased. When service was completed I had to pay $237 (with tax) as they told me it's due to the tires being low profile and I was "educated" that at I the one at fault since I didn't tell them. Why wouldn't the service advisor tell me the price would be more when he saw the tires? Also not impressed by how badly they damaged my rims! They refuse to pay for damage.
