I took my car to the dealer and three other mechanics who could not diagnose the problem. Once I took it to Zex, not only did they find out what was wrong, but they didn't charge me an arm and a leg to fix it! I would highly recommend them to everyone!!

So my search began for a mechanic that understood diesel engines and was willing to help figure out a way to fix an older vehicle without it costing me a sum that didn't make sense given the age and worth of the vehicle. Kyle took care of it and now it runs better than before. Honest and straight forward. I'll be coming back. Well done!

The technical work was amazing, the car a 2008 335i convertible for the first time in many years runs like a Gazelle. However, the best part of the experience, was the customer service! Kyle & the guys at the shop were very helpful. They explained in detail the work to be done, & called me daily to update me on the job. Their pricing was flexible, and most importantly, they delivered the car on time when they said they would. Best of all they gave me a free oil change & coolant service with the job! I am really looking forward to their warranty service which is 20,000 km on the turbos. Even better, Zex has booked me to return @5,000 km so that they can check the turbos to make sure they are still in good running order. Talk about providing proactive service. Thanks again Kyle & your very passionate mechanic who walked me through all the work that was done & suggestions to improve the car's performance. I look forward to maintaining this very positive relationship with Zex. Thanks again Zex.

The quote they provided was 100% accurate and they went above and beyond by topping up my oil. Some of the parts they needed for my car were discontinued but they took the time to find a way to make it work. Kyle was really great and even took the time to explain what had broken in my car so I could understand how it happened. Hands down the best mechanic experience I've had in my entire life. I would strongly recommend this business to anyone who has a car.
