S	Suzie Schevers on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They failed to give important information when making the appointment and it's also not listed on their website. So when showing up for the appointment on time, we were turned away because of THEIR mistake! You'd think that a doctor's office would be a little more helpful seeing we weren't told information so that we would be able to get seen or provide more paying options so that clients don't get turned away... If it's your mistake, others shouldn't have to suffer for it... Won't be returning.
L	Leeah Evans on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The guy who answers the phone is completely rude, and unprofessional. Every time I call, I press 9 for English. 9 out of 10 times my call never gets answered. When i leave it in French, within minutes they answer. It's horrible trying to get appointments. My doctor has told me to call and ask directly for her so she can take my appointment because every time I call,they tell me she's booked, yet when I talk to her that's not the case and she fits me in. Really frustrating dealing with them. Love my doctor, she's always been great with my family. If it wasn't for her, I'd have changed office a long time ago.
V	Viktoria Light on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Expect to wait sometimes over 30 mins after your appointment time, this is the biggest drawback. The doctors are great, most speak English(everyone I met, at least). Call wait time on average is 15 minutes so that's pretty bad too.
G	Gabriel Girouard on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctors and nurses at this location do care, but unfortunately it is impossible to even get to them most of the time due to the carelessness of the administrative staff and support personnel. It is literally impossible to reach them by phone to book an appointment, which is the only way to get one really as the CISSS website does not list any appointment dates for any doctor at this location. They'll let you ring on the phone for 2 hours if it means they don't have to talk to you, and they won't give you an appointment if you go ask in person either. I'd recommend staying away from this clinic if you get assigned to someone there. Until they fix their issues, you will get poor service and be left to deal with missed treatments/prescription renewals should you be assigned a doctor there, and they won't follow up with you unless it's absolutely necessary in order for them to lower their liability.

G	Gimp Shepart on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They never answer. You will calling up to five time a day and they won't pick up. They usually hang up on you. I have a family doctor with them, and I feel played, I need to go into a walk in clinique instead to be check. What was the point being with them ?
P	Paige Kirk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Let me start by saying that I absolutely love my doctor and I do find the staff polite and professional. My major issue with this place is the booking system. There is so much confusion with their system about the appointment being a phone call or in clinic. It may show up as a phone call in their system but the reminder email you get says in clinic, etc. For this reason, I have "missed" appointments where I was waiting for a call and on the flip, been driving to the clinic and the doc calls. It's extremely frustrating. If they fixed this issue my rating would be higher for sure.
s	screenc4p on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst clinic in Gatineau. Rude receptionist(s) and they have/use no common sense at all. They don’t care. Complained twice for how trash their communication is and nothing is being done or changed. If you just got a family doctor there let me tell you, it is pointless and you will have to use the emergency care at the hospital for emergencies anyway as they are NEVER available or never book you for emergency appointments. Plus, they make no effort to speak or use English. Doctors are fine but guess what, you most likely never speak to them as you barely get appointments so this place is just useless and dogsh*t. I am shocked to see how trash this health institution is. Don’t go there unless you want them to ruin your day.
