★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walked in at lunch hour today. Nobody in there. Got a good haircut for a great price and left a healthy tip. Felt bad the girl who cut my hair was in there all by herself. The customers who were waiting gave her grief and she was just doing the best she could left in that situation.... but maybe that’s just how it is.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Haircut was reasonably priced (although mainly due to a coupon I had brought). Stylist was friendly and experienced. Wait time wasn't too long thanks to the online check-in feature . I know that here the experience can really vary depending on who is working that day, but things worked out well this time at least. Satisfied with the result.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is more than once I habe gone to this place not only asking for a hair cut, but showing a picture of what I want. They assure me that they can give me that cut. When they call the job finished, I don't have anything close to what I asked for. After cutting my hair, the employee, (because I doubt she past her grade with a very high mark,) took the thinning shears and went thtough my whole head. All I have left is 1/2 inch hairs sticking straight out of my head.
This is disgusting when we pay for a hair cut and put our trust in someone that says they have education in this field. I was given two sale tickets gor future hair cuts that I know I will not use, but I can't even give them away when others see the job done on my hair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love the care & attention to detail that Cecilia provides. She is always professional, pleasant & listens to what I want done. Only drawback is when I phone & request ONLY Cecilia do my hair, they tell me she's available & book me in, only for me to arrive & she's on a day off so someone else insists on trying to do my hair. There is a reason on I CHOOSE Cecilia, and that is because she does such an awesome job!!!

Moreover, they have very good at conversation. Time flies by.
Online booking is another great feature, don't have to wait for long.
