★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to go see the lighthouse by car. Unfortunately it turns out that the only way to view the lighthouse is from a boat on the water. There is no land access to the lighthouse.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a local landmark and helps you find your way into Gravenhurst from the Lake. The lighthouse was recently replaced and the new one is beautiful! Definitely recommend this to anyone who is passing by on the lake. If you're lucky you can see one of the steamships passing by as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A formal light was built to mark Gravenhurst Narrows in 1905 and became a historical landmark which located on island of rocks and pine trees.
The wood in Gravenhurst Narrows Lighthouse had started to rot, and the Canadian Coast Guard decided to replaced the historic tower with a modern structure. Fortunately, it was replaced in a heritage fashion in fall 2017.
We heard so many stories about Lighthouse from our Steamship Cruise guide during Muskoka Lakes trip. Kind of mystery place if trust to those stories.
