K	Ken K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ah.....a visit to Muskoka is always good for your Soul And Muskoka Soul, the LakeHouse was the ultimate family getaway for 8 of us to celebrate a milestone birthday long weekend for our twin daughters. How can you put a price on family memories that will last a lifetime???? Well you can - but the justification comes in the value received. Beyond the niceties of an impeccably kept property, the "wow" factor upon entering and inspecting (searching) this large well appointed facility, revealed great promise for all of our planned weekend activities. And deliver - it did! Great room, dining room, kitchen, Muskoka Room, entertainment room, bedrooms with ample bathrooms - it had it all and more with the loft sitting area, multi-level backyard and expansive dock on the water. Many thanks to the personable, responsive and caring Muskoka Soul Team. Your attention to detail to provide all the amenities from kitchen to bathroom to bedroom supplies along with terrific entertainment options were the best. Our family is very grateful to have had the Muskoka Soul Experience that will last as a highlight in our family lore forever. All the best, Leona & Vince K and family p.s. The cottage is more than a cottage, it is a grand house on Lake Muskoka. --Preparing meals, walking the cottage road, and fireside chats were gorgeous. And, only Muskoka Soul could have organized a tasting menu prepared by local Chef Don Potter from Muskoka Catering. Best birthday dinner ever! The experiences is now an annual escape to celebrate every November.

The luxury accommodation serves as the perfect space for a getaway, and its serene location is absolutely beautiful. My family and I were especially fond of the large cooking space in the kitchen, which made preparing meals a breeze. Already looking forward to our next trip!

From the charming house and its comfortable accommodations to the serene outdoors and beautiful hiking trails, Muskoka Soul provided the perfect experience for me and my clients. The only thing that could have surpassed it was the amazing costumer service provided by Sandra. They catered to all my professional needs in a very personal manner. Lake Muskoka is a stunningly beautiful and clean lake with lots of trees and a granite shoreline. The Lake House is a brilliant design, with various views overlooking the lake. The rooms are all large and spacious with high ceilings and lots of windows yet desiged for privacy when desired. The open concept layout for the kitchen, dining room, living room, and Muskoka room (screened for year round use) enable a comfortable social feeling. The reading loft provides a private retreat spot to read quietly and still observe the rest of the group. Even the Muskoka granite fireplace is stress free with fire at the push of a button, surrounded by windowed views of blue sky, green trees and the ever changing color of the lake water. Everything about the Lake House is calming and soothing. Great hiking trails, tennis courts, basketball courts, baseball diamonds, restaurants, and concert venues (Peter's Players and Kee of Bala) are a short drive away. If you desire peace, beauty, relaxation, and comfort, then this Lake House is for you too!

I had never done an off-season lake house trip before, but both weekends were incredible! From the gorgeous homes and scenery to the peaceful trails nearby, Muskoka Soul is the perfect place to enjoy time with your family in a cozy, clean, and luxurious setting. Bruce and Sandra were also ready to customize the cottage setup/decor/meals for any special accommodations we could have wanted! Perfect weekend getaway- will definitely be back.
C	Cazsss on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a wonderful family reunion at Muskoka Soul Lake House. The house was impeccable in every way and provided a wonderful backdrop for our family reunion. It was big enough to take our entire large Italian family in five star comfort. The things I loved the most were the location (right on the lake with majestic sunrises every morning), the enormous kitchen with everything provided to cook up a feast, the cleanliness of the home, and the high standard of care that it obviously receives. But the biggest thing we loved were the special touches left behind by the management to ensure everyone has a comfortable stay, and these were things like (laundry tablets, in case we forgot), new spare toothbrushes in the drawers, toys for kids, every conceivable appliance you could want, two dishwashers!, foot scrub and moisturizer, warm throws to snuggle up in at the fireplace, guitar with music sheets for singalongs, books in the library, umbrellas, and yoga mats and even tennis racquets. Honestly, they thought of everything. The house has a warm and loving feeling that only comes from a property that is well cared for, and a management team that has its mindset in the right place. Highly recommended.
