I'm very happy we decided to go to GP from BC because the service was exceptional. I was thinking it would be difficult to drive it off the lot with taking it back to BC but it was the easiest process. Very grateful to have had the service and experience I did at GP Volkswagen. Looking forward to taking my suv back for services!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A family member traded in vehicles and purchased a new one — and had a great experience with Kofi! He was patient, personable, and explained things thoroughly. Kofi even made sure the VW app was installed on my family member's phone and that they knew how to use it.
Absolutely stand out customer service ? I'm sure my family member will be welcomed and treated well whenever they go back for service.

I had my kiddos with me the entire time from start to end and Teri was absolutely wonderful throughout the whole thing! She was very patient and is extremely knowledgeable. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My 18yr old daughter bought her first financed car from GP Volkswagen and the service was exceptional! Paige (sales) helped her through the process and was absolutely amazing to deal with! Madison(finance) was also exceptional, making sure my daughter understood everything from start to finish and answered every question, even when already answered! The process was fast and easy and didn't feel forced or pressured. Paige even said had my daughter not known how to drive a standard, she would have taught her, because the car she was buying was a standard!! That's exceptional service! Thank you all for your help, congratulations and all around smiles and friendliness at GP Volkswagen, that was a top notch first experience for her!!!
