★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Literally just on my way to Hansen Ford for a service appointment and OMG my driver's side front tire was sounding really bad!
Well, I had NO LUG NUTS LEFT!! My tire was about to fall right off!
I called up Hansen explaining what happened and I missed my appointment.
They sent 2 drivers out to drop me off a vehicle, brand new at that!
My tow was covered also. On arrival of course known as the stranded ones, we were greeted with such service with amazing care for their customers! Class Act Hansen Ford!
