From the very first quote request through the website, immediate respond, great communication, efficient but still very friendly, and the whole process of installation - AAA+. β β β β β Drove 2000km to get a cap on a Saturday, the only travel window i had available. This store pulled all the punches to get my cap cleaned, hoisted, and called in a tech on their day off for a rapid install so i can turn around and return home. I had not even asked for this extra favour! What a great customer service!
