I needed a tire for my pickup, the dealer matched up my tire, got it sent over from another dealer and was on my way in less than half an hour. It doesn't get much better service than these guys.

All the dealerships in the auto group keep calling me about buying a new vehicle. I've told the time and time again I'm not interested right now but they keep calling. I'd be more inclined to buy from them when I'm ready if they would just leave me alone.

Access to many vehicles through group. Decent prices, attention to detail, alot of great helpful staff that can get you into what ever you need. We've bought a couple vehicles from there taking extra drive from Dawson Creek.

Very disappointed. I took my car into the Grande Prairie VW dealership since my engine light came on and asked if potentially I had received bad fuel as the light came on 100km after last filling up. After 11 days I was informed by Shea that under their assumption (not tests) I had put diesel in my gas car and this would not be covered by warranty. It seems I never have put the thought in their mind about my fuel as it soon became my biggest hurdle. I asked if they tested my fuel to make sure it’s actually diesel since Shell premium is yellow like diesel and Shea (service manager) informed me she didn’t know how to get fuel tested. I immediately lost all respect for the dealership and pursued a 2nd opinion as my fuel receipts stated premium fuel and the gas station assured me with paperwork that they did not have contaminated fuel. As suggested by Southgate VW in Edmonton I needed to go to another place that works on both gas and diesel engines since there are no other VW dealerships in the area and my car was not driveable to take it to Edmonton. After getting a 2nd opinion with a proper fuel test, it was determined that I did not have contaminated fuel and that the injector failure issue was due to something else wrong in the car. I went back to GP VW with my results in which they would not accept. They decided to send in a fuel sample of their own labelled β€œtiguanβ€œ that was supposedly mine that they had kept for testing (after I showed them where to get fuel tested). It came back as very contaminated fuel which didn’t surprise me as they could have sent in any fuel sample they wanted to avoid being wrong. Now my car is still not fixed 3 months later since they flagged it under warranty as a fuel issue and no other VW dealership can look at it and give another opinion. I’m now stuck with a deceitful dealership charging me for work that should be covered under warranty. Vw Canada is also not willing to investigate because GP Vw technicians are β€˜experts’ and what they say goes. I’ve owned a VW for 12 years and will be selling this one and never buying another one again as well as advising all friends not to bother as the service from Vw Canada is pitiful. After all the emission lies you would think they would try and keep the faithful customers they had left.

Once AGAIN....! Getting a service done at GP Volkswagen I was lied to about the price. I don’t know if they think people will be happy when their service is done and the price is way higher then what a customer is told but it’s BS. Second time in a row when I asked when booking what kind of service my Touareg needed and how much it would cost and both time it was much higher when I went to pay. This time when I booked on Friday and when in the following Monday (because there is no quick lube there) the I was told it would be between $160-180. I wondered why he couldn’t tell me the exact price if nothing else popped up... but whatever. Went to pay today and it came to $221.33. Not even arguing about the price the fn dealership lying to customers over and over. Not bad vehicles but the service and reputability is terrible.

Twice in the past seven years I negotiated with this group for a new auto; a Hyundai and and this past October for a Nissan. Both times I walked away because I couldn't trust the dealership. This most recent time I used the Nissan web site to build the vehicle, which includes a link to assess a trade in value for our current car. That link gives a high and low range value for the trade in. Our Camry has only one owner, 79,000 kms, no accidents, perfect glass, excellent condition, so I was prepared to meet them half way on the trade in value that the Nissan site came up with and accept the price of the Nissan that the site generated. I expected an easy transaction. The GP Auto Group refused the trade in value, offering $2,000 less. Than they said that they needed $500 to bring the car in, $500 for "paperwork" and $450 for a block heater, on top of what the Nissan site said would be the cost. When I started to walk away they said that they would throw in the block heater, give me what I was asking for for the trade in and not charge for delivering the vehicle, but they still needed the $500 for paperwork. At this point I realized this is a dealership that was always going to first try to take advantage of me if they could get away with it and I wasn't willing to enter into a deal with them. In checking with Nissan there is no such thing as an "admin fee" for new vehicles and Nissan prohibits that charge. I was able to get the car from an Edmonton dealer with no extra fees expected and with full trade-in value. I wanted to keep the business local but I do not trust the GP Auto Group.

Poor decision too try and go through this company. They will mess up your application horribly putting the wrong information down and don't answer emails or calls if not deemed important enough. Second time I've dealt with them both times horrible experiences. Be warned.

Exceptional service, warm and friendly. I was so grateful they fit me in at the last minute after traveling such a long way. Best in class.
