★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place has pretty much everything you need to throw a party but when we showed up at 10 AM they were not open despite showing a 10 AM opening time. They did open the doors a few minutes later but in my opinion there is some room for customer service improvement. The store could be organized a little better but I did appreciate the free lolipops for the kids its a nice thing to have as kids tend to want to grab everything in the store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great store with helpful staff. They didn't even bat an eye when I purchased 12 sexy Halloween costumes in mid July for my wife. I only wish their handcuffs were higher quality and didn't break so easily. Bargin bin is where it's at. I'll be back next year to purchase all her 60th birthday supplies. Thank you Party City.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We paid an atrocious amount for helium only for half the balloons to be deflated only a few hours later. Also, the balloon bouquet (if you can even call it that) was not a bouquet at all. There was no staggering of the assorted balloons, it looked like a toddler put it together. I'm very very disappointed in our large balloon order, the fact that no one returned my call when I called to complain, we will never shop at party city again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been getting balloons for my daughter for 9 years. Earlier in the week I stopped at the GP Party city to see how long they would last, the girl informed me I could pick them up Friday and they would still be okay Saturday. Saturday half were deflated, I called to see if I can return. A nice fellow answered and said yes they would fix them.
When I went their a blonde lady older lady was so loud and so rude to me about returning them, I was almost in tears just standing there. It was so embarrassing. The other lady who came in to “help” was very rude as well just a little less loud about it. Grande Prairie needs a party city , unfortunately I can’t see myself ever stepping foot back in there.
I see I’m not the first person who loves the product but the service is absolutely awful.
I even said to the lady; you guys don’t need to be so rude to me about it. Then she seemed to change her tone but did not apologize for the miscommunication.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don’t know the name. I think her Name was zin. But my wife knew she was the manager … she was very rude to my wife and 3 year old kid . She supposed to not in customer service business . She worn red sweater on 14 December ,2021 around 6:45 . And scolding my kid and wife in very badly… ..hopefully their regional manger knows this matter

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3 yr olds first actual birthday party and paid $30 for balloons 4 hours ago, dropped them off at home and returned 30 mins before the part to deflated balloons. They said i could get them replaced and i told them i would never make it in time for his surprise party in 30 mins! Disappointed, just find a tank and do your own?
