Grand River Natural Stone

I have used grand River a couple times now and have had nothing but great experiences. Dave was knowledgeable, helpful and polite. I would definitely recommend Grand River to anyone interested in doing outdoor renovations.

From what I understand, Grand River Fergus has been under new management since last Spring. It is a great place! Nice selection of beautiful products, helpful staff and reasonable prices. Definitely will be going back there.

We showed up with a trailer expecting to drive away with our limestone step, only to learn that their picking and loading process is normally spread out over a few days. They understood that we were around for just the day and sent the the loader out to give us our stone right away. Thanks guys!

I am a small customer but have been dealing with Grand River for many years. I had my first issue with a delivery. Onno solved everything immediately to my complete satisfaction. He put my satisfaction first and made me feel like my business was important to them. This is not common in today's world. Thank you. I remain a loyal customer.

These guys are amazing to deal with! I'm a landscape contractor and been dealing with Grand River over the past few years. Onno the manager is the best he's always super helpful and professional, if he's not around Brittany at the front desk is also extremely helpful and knowledgeable, I highly recommend dealing with this company!

I was recommended to go here by my landscapers for some features rocks for my backyard project and I am so glad I did! I met with Julie in the yard and discussed what was being done and she helped me choose the most amazing Canyon rocks. She was an absolute pleasure to talk with, so much that I came back and purchased a few yards of Alabama pebble for my pond. Dave and Brittany helped me with all the pricing and scheduling of delivery and were great to deal with. My feature rocks were delivered in perfect conditon as I was worried about breakage but the company handle them with great care. I will be back next season for more canyon rocks for my front yard!! Grand River Natural Stone was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Not only did they have the best price but was the only one willing to look for grass pavers. The other 2 local had told me that they were unavailable, where Brittany at Grand River not only took the time to look but had found them at another one of their own yard's. As well found a distributor who is currently manufacturing them. The reason I'm focusing on this is again the other 2 had told me they were unavailable. One of the local business not only took my information and assured they would be in contact. Well I'm still waiting 3 and a half weeks. That's okay because I knew I was in good hands at Grand River Natural Stone just by the helpfulness of James I believe he is a yard worker who had gone above and beyond helping us find in the books as well as had come out to the yard to see if we were doing okay and or needed any assistance. James was covering for Brittany when she was on vacation the week we had first visited this location for the first time in Fergus. Our second visit was our first introduction to Brittany and WOW what a wealth of information and extrem helpfulness and the willingness to take the time to look for us. We got exactly what I wanted in design for grass pavers but also 2 beautiful sandstone steps for our home. Their price was the best , their customer service was the best , and the promptness of yard to yard to our home delivery is and was spot on. If in future of my home renovation that require any kind of stone work Grand River Natural Stone in Fergus is my only stop. And no I have no family or relative work's there. But I do know 2 great and helpful people who do work there. 5 Star's in my experience and opinion.
