Great service, I thought. I went in to help my wife buy a phone and then they recommended I upgrade my G4 to a G5, and buy an ishield screen protector, with the upgrade I also needed an new case for my new phone, all good. I am writing this review on a fully cracked screen. I was told what to buy, I bought it, the ishield fell off when my phone got dropped and the screen cracked like crazy. I spend over $1500 a month with Rogers and was told that I now have to spend $200 for a new device and that's with device protection, they told me to call ishield so I can get a new screen cover, which I clearly don't want as it is what failed I the first place. When I asked the store manager is she could help me buy raking back the original case and giving me one more durable, she replied, "this is a business, I can't just take back a product because you don't like it." It didn't work. Not to mention I was told I was going to be called back as I went in last week and the manager wasn't there. Zero ownership on the issue, zero understanding. Garbage service.

Emma was outstanding as she helped us to navigate the cell phone maze. Emma is knowledgeable, respectful and extremely personable. Thank you for your genuine assistance. My husband and I appreciate the courteous and friendly help we always experience from Emma and from the staff at the Fergus Rogers store.

Yesterday I was very fortunate to have Dave take me through the process of opening a new cellular account with Rogers. Dave was highly efficient and very pleasant as he explained in detail my options and was kind enough to carefully remove my iPad case, insert the sim card, re-apply the case and make certain that everything was as it should be. I give Dave the highest recommendation and know that he will be most helpful if, for any reason, I need to return to the store. Dave made the whole experience easy and enjoyable!

Fantastic service! I had 2 fantastic ladies helping me today. My phone just up and died, they helped me figure out how to get a new phone while spending the least amount of money! They were both great and quick service! Highly recommend them.

I have been with Rogers for20 years and I know I pay some of the highest prices and I know that you can get deals if you call once and year to complain but why should I have to do that??? I also have 3 phones on my account and recently to get a new phone without changing my bill was told the best I can get is the XR. I'm sick of being treated like they don't car if I stay or go! I'll go!!!

Rogers is no longer the company it was. I have been a customer for 7 years but phone is no longer used for work so went in to ask for a cheaper service. Was told no problem, new deal had more data, cheaper, and a free tablet. when deal was emailed the price went up. this led to calls to customer service and trips to the store all passing the buck but assuring me the next person would "take care" of me. Today spent 3 hours in store and parking lot being sent out to call customer retention as they could not find the notes from the rep. Was told no way they would honor what I was told. tablet went back, new serviced cancelled and off to the competitor next week. Also managers are "not available". stay away, beware.

Jacob was great! Had an issue with service on my new phone and he got me sorted right away. Super helpful and friendly. Awesome store, will definitely be back.
