Mustafa looked at the phone and offered another phone at a great price! Not only does Mustafa fix everything but he also has some phones at a great price. Thank you Mustafa! Your dedication to service is unrivalled!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PROS: Good news is that the service was fast.
CONS: Overwhelming smell of pot smoke hits you the second you enter. The customer service greeting gives you the clear impression that you're an inconvenience. (Their active young son runs around the stop and calls for his parents attention, so that might be why.) They charge 3% for paying by credit card (every credit card agreement clearly states that merchants can NOT charge the customer). The machine for accepting debit is sketchy enough that I chose cash (definately not from a bank). The next customer said she was there because her new screen (installed by them on Feb. 14) had already stopped working. Nothing here inspires confidence.
UPDATE: The phones cameras are out of alignment. When it was taken apart to replace the screen, they screwed up the camera alighment. All photos are very fuzzy. Going elsewhere for that fix.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've gone here a few times and it is currently the only repair shop that I trust. They are patient to explain issues to those like myself who don't have limited knowledge about phones and technology. They are honest and realistic, yet also willing to try less conventional secondary/backup methods to save data/devices. Pricing is fair, they give a warranty for new batteries they put in and they are friendly to students.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service is always efficient and you can tell he is passionate to help his customers. I require the use of a service dog and we have always been treated wonderfully. I brought an iPhone here for data retrieval a few years back and the staff at SNR worked miracles for me! had a ton of photos that I thought were gone for good and sure enough they were able to find them all! Most recently I brought in my brand new Macbook. Apple told me it was a lost cause and it would cost more than the computer was worth to fix it. I brought it to SNR and he had it fixed in about a week! As a university student, my computer means a lot to me and SNR was able to get it back to me in time to write my final exams. Thank you for everything you do and the miracles you work with electronics :)
