★ ★ ★ ★ ★ LOVE LOVE LOVE Alter-Eato!! There is not one thing I’ve ordered that has been disappointing. Not one. I know that I can order with confidence with the trust that everything will be delicious and meet those cravings. Dinners made easy, sweet tooth satisfied. I love the themes, I love the revisions of cheat foods! I will try to list my favourites but definitely not limited to: pizza crusts, brioche buns, waffles/chaffles, meatball casserole, payday bars (actually ANY dessert is amazing- pretty sure we’ve tried them all), Thai coconut curry, lasagna, butter chicken… truly you can’t go wrong!! ?

My favourites are the Stromboli, pizza, caramilk bar and cupcakes! But all their food is great! And if you don't see something on the menu, mention it to Lesley and she will put her team to the test to create it. !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Following a Ketogenic Diet can be daunting and confusing at times especially if you are someone who isn't used to cooking all meals from scratch. Thankfully Guelph has Alter Eat-o to help make food choices easy! The selection of premade keto approved foods is amazing! They have taken the guess work out of what to make for dinner or dessert. One would never know that their sweet snacks weren't made with sugar. Their customer service is also wonderful. I highly recommend them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A friend recommended Alter-Eat-O for some sweet treats around Christmas so when I popped in for my first visit I was pleasantly surprised to see the variety of savoury dishes. I tried a little of everything and it was so good (to the point that I think I’ve had 4 visits in three weeks!). I’ve had keto food from at least three other places and this is hands down my favourite. I’ve been keto for five years and have never found a place where I would go back again and again because the food is just that good before now!
After chatting with the lovely sisters who own the business I learned that they select quality ingredients which is important to me as there are too many “fake” keto items out there today. You won’t find fake here…their flavours and textures are well put together and I am really enjoying the meals and treats I’ve purchased. Nothing is bland or boring. I’m thrilled they’re doing business in Guelph and I wish them much success.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow. Just Wow. This week is the first time I’m trying Alter-Eato. The food is unreal. Had no idea Keto could taste this good. The lasagna is delicious and the butterscotch peanut butter fudge is like eating an actual sugary dessert. Hats off to these ladies. Will definitely be back and recommend.
